The first edition of Hot On The Street was an entertainment magazine made for a school assignment in Grade 6. The name was partly inspired by Paris Hilton’s catchphrase “That’s Hot!” I created a special French edition of Chaud Sur La Rue in Grade 10 and then Hot On The Street returned in Grade 12 with a focus on Canadian entertainment.
Kelly Cutrone from MTV’s The Hills inspired me to launch a blog in 2010. I love interviewing people, whether they’re a celebrity or CEO! In addition to collaborating with brands such as Sony Pictures and Staples, I have conducted 40+ interviews, including The Wiggles (145K YouTube views).
In the words of a New York Times personality quiz, I’m a tech and entertainment junkie who likes “to keep at least one finger on the pulse of everything that’s hot.” According to Spotify, I’m an early adopter who’s “always seeking the next hot thing.”
From major publications to a TV commercial, I’ve been featured all over – see all my highlights in the media!

Since launching my career on the social media team at Canadian Tire, I have worked with many iconic brands. I earned my own video game character as the publicist Kalinda King while promoting Kim Kardashian: Hollywood at EA and connected with fans around the world as community manager for Taylor Swift’s app. King is like Prince with a K!
I’m looking for my next marketing opportunity, so please reach out! I’d be happy to share my resume and a custom portfolio with relevant work samples.
