3 Snacks Worth Craving Now

Grocery stores can feel like hotspots in the winter, so I channeled my love of shopping into grocery shopping. Discovering foods always has some novelty, so here are some of my favourite new snacks:

Khloud Protein Popcorn

I ran into another Kardashian fan from the UK in the snack aisle at Target and we were both so excited to try Khloud popcorn! My 3.5 hour Target run wouldn’t have been complete without buying a bag of every flavour. I brought Khloe’s popcorn home from Florida in my suitcase.

My favourite flavour so far is Olive Oil & Sea Salt. It’s Kosher too! I also spotted Khloud protein popcorn at Starbucks. I’m curious to try more flavours, including dill pickle.

It’s one thing to see Khloe launch her brand on the Kardashians’ TV show, but it’s way better to taste it in real life. She really tapped into the protein trend at the right time.

GoNanas

First, I tried the GoNanas chocolate chip banana bread mix, which was delicious! Initially I was introduced to GoNanas through a SnackMagic gift box I received from my team at EA. Then I picked up the original banana bread mix on my next trip to Target. Can’t mess with a classic!

It’s really easy to bake it and you don’t even need an electric mixer. I’m sure their other varieties are amazing as well, but the original banana bread mix is the safest bet for digestion.

SuperPretzel

Pretzels make the perfect snack when I’m walking around the mall. I love getting pretzel bites as easy finger food, especially if I can enjoy it at an outdoor outlet mall!

Frozen soft pretzels are a good backup to keep in the freezer at home. They’re quick to make, plus you can decide how much salt to put on, as it comes in a separate packet. It would be cool if pretzel bites became available at the grocery store too.

SuperPretzel lets you get a taste of stadium food in your own living room to satisfy your cravings without inflated pricing. The Mickey pretzel has become a photo-worthy staple for tourists at Disney theme parks, but it costs about $6. You can buy a box of soft pretzels to make at home anytime for less than $5!

Tracking down the best snacks is an ongoing mission and I’ll share my top picks on Instagram that are peanut-free. Unfortunately, Khloud popcorn and GoNanas aren’t available in Canada yet. I can’t wait until I can find a way to stock up on more.
